I'm an older Christian woman, so I pray a lot about everything. Prayer led me to call Century 21 Northland in Grayling and to be able to talk with Aaron Raymond. I chose Aaron as my broker during our first phone conversation. You can learn a lot about a person just by listening to them. During that first phone conversation, Aaron was very courteous, patient, and understanding while listening to me explain my story regarding selling a cabin that had been in my extended family nearly 50 years. I could tell he was knowledgeable of realty and eager to get started in helping me. By example, despite a major snowfall the day/night of our phone conversation, Aaron made his way -the very next day -through an additional foot of snowfall to look at the cabin and call me right away. Choosing Aaron as my broker is one of the top 10 best decisions I've ever made; No regrets! He's a good man.

From start to finish in selling our cabin, Aaron Raymond went above and beyond in helping me. I'm sure I must have drove him crazy with questions, but he never let on that I was; he was always patient with me. I've had to sell or buy homes 3 times, but in those cases, I had help from my husband while I sat on the sidelines. In this case, I was acting alone, so it was a new experience for me. Anytime I contacted Aaron with questions, he answered me back in less than or within a very few minutes, and offered good advice. Aaron knew it was important to me that our cherished family cabin be sold to people who would want to fix it up and enjoy it like we did for 10 decades. Aaron found the perfect buyers! Aaron Raymond is the best broker in my experience. I have 6+ decades of friends who have never shared such good stories after having dealt firsthand with realtors/brokers. Aaron made every decision needing to be made easy for me. He helped me to understand every single thing with respect to selling a property. Todd has helped us buy and sell property in Roscommon. He is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I know. He also helped us with things to consider when moving to a 55+ community in Florida.

Since this was vacant property some of these did not apply. Property sold within a week or so. We already had a potential buyer but did not like real estate ( no contract was signed with them)that was trying to sell it for us, couldn't get a straight answer from them.

We mostly dealt with Todd Jansen, however Amy Fiser was great in the limited communication we had with her.

We thank Curt for his assistance closing the deal. It was a very fair experience. We are happy with our new home.

Pete Kocefus should be realtor of the year in our eyes. He has gone above and beyond for us in over 3 times now in selling and purchasing a home. He even came to Wyoming to see how we live to help better find a home that fits us. His determination to be the best at what he does shows in every step. He's friendly, outgoing, and organized. Pete also follows up with questions, answers, and returns phone calls or emails. I honestly can't say enough about how well he does his job (I trust him so much that he just helped us by another home in Michigan while were in Wyoming and we've never seen it other than video.) There are a lot of realtors out there that should take training from him. By far the BEST there is. I'll never use another realtor. Thanks Pete for being so great at what you do!!!!! He even went to our new home for final walk through. He went there to turn light on and check heat since we live in Wyoming.
